Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging; for food products, the safety seal must remain intact to be eligible for a refund.

  Ship the Item Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
