How is the BBQ shipped to ensure freshness?
All our meats are flash-frozen immediately after smoking to lock in flavor. We ship our products in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at a safe temperature.
When will my order be shipped?
To prevent weekend delays, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST will generally ship the following Monday.
How do I reheat my Saddleback BBQ products?
Each order includes a detailed reheating guide. Most of our meats are best prepared using a sous-vide method or low-temperature oven heating to maintain moisture and tenderness.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure that our perishable products arrive quickly and maintain the highest quality standards.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
